St David’s Day Cardmaking Idea

You will need:

Altenew die set & digital downloads
white & green cardstock
3D foam pads
gift downloads
computer & printer
manual die-cutting machine

Simply make
1 Layer a 17x10cm piece of white cardstock onto a slightly larger piece of green cardstock before securing onto the card front.
2 Computer-generate the ‘Happy St David’s Day’ sentiment onto white cardstock and cut out using a circle die.
3 Layer onto a slightly larger circle cut from green cardstock and trim 3cm from the lower edge to create a semicircle. Place centrally onto the lower edge of the card blank, but do not stick it down at this stage.
4 Print two different digital papers and a sheet of daffodil heads onto white cardstock. Cut out the daffodil heads with the daffodil outline die.
5 Position two of the daffodils either side of the sentiment so that part of the flower is underneath the circle and affix in place before adhering onto the semicircle panel.
6 Layer a 17x2cm piece of green paper onto a slightly larger piece of green cardstock and affix near to the lower edge of the card front.
7 Cut a 17×2.5cm piece of orange cardstock, layer onto green cardstock and attach to the top edge of the card front. Place the remaining three die-cut daffodils around the sentiment and secure with 3D foam pads to finish.
